About this centre
Our Ealing Assessment Centre is located inside Jobcentre Plus within Broadway House in Ealing. The assessment centre is accessible by bus. There is no car parking at the centre but there is an alternative car park close by – please see the car parking section for the further details. The main entrance will be clearly signposted with an Assessment Centre sign.
Travelling by bus or coach
Uxbridge Road is well served by buses. Routes E2, E7 and E8 call nearest to the assessment centre (ask for the Broughton Road or Dane Road stops) and also call at Ealing Broadway station. Additionally, there are stops for routes 207, 427, 483 and E11 in Uxbridge Road. E7 and E11 also call at West Ealing station.

Travelling by train
West Ealing Station is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the Assessment Centre. Turn right on leaving the station.
Alternatively, Ealing Broadway station is approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the Assessment Centre. Turn left on leaving this station.

Travelling by car
There is no car park at the assessment centre. However, the nearby Arden Road car park is located at the junction of Arden Road with Uxbridge Road (disabled badge holders may park for free). Alternatively, there are several car parks in the vicinity of Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre. Street parking may be available in the roads to the south of Uxbridge Road.

When you arrive
Remember to bring your identification and appointment letter with you.
The assessment centre is located in the same building as Ealing Jobcentre Plus. On arrival, visitors must report to the customer care officer on the ground floor.
Please note that this assessment facility is located on the third floor. There are 57 steps to the ground floor. If you think that you would have difficulty going down the stairs in the event of an emergency or would need assistance from another person, please ring the number on your appointment letter at least two days before your appointment date so we can ensure that we provide support for you on the day.
