About this centre
Our Wandsworth Assessment Centre is located on Filament Walk. The assessment centre is accessible by bus and there is car parking close by – please see the car parking section for the further details. The main entrance will be clearly signposted with an Assessment Centre sign.
Travelling by bus or coach
The nearest bus stop is on Wandsworth Southside (Stop W) on Buckhold Road. This stop is served by routes 39 (from Clapham Junction) and 156 (Vauxhall-Wimbledon).

Travelling by train
Wandsworth Town station is approximately 0.5 miles from the centre. To connect to the centre, take the number 44 bus from outside the station (Stop BB). Alight at the Southside Shopping Centre (S). Turn back up Garratt Lane towards Wandsworth High Street. Turn left onto Wandsworth High Street. Turn left into Buckhold Road. The centre is 150 metres along, on the right hand side. National Rail advises that this station is inaccessible to wheelchair users.

Travelling by car
From Wandsworth High Street Turn left down the side of the Southside Shopping Centre onto Buckhold Road (you will pass the entrance to Nuffield Health). The centre is on your right.

Car parking
An NCP car park is located on Neville Gill Close, off Buckhold Road. Accessible parking is also available here. A drop-off point is located on Spectrum Way, just outside the centre.
When you arrive
Remember to bring your identification and appointment letter with you.
The centre entrance is to the left of the main (Concierge) entrance to The Filaments. There are three black columns (fountains) in front of the Concierge (No 16) to the right of the columns is a sign that reads Filaments Walk, the light bulb cafe is opposite the centre. As you enter the courtyard, the centre is on our right. To enter, press the bell on the wall. Please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your assessment.
Other helpful information
This centre has step-free access. Accessible toilets are located in the waiting area.
A shop mobility scheme operates from the rear entrance of Sainsbury’s supermarket on Garratt Lane.
