About this centre
Our West Malling Assessment Centre is located inside the Regus Maidstone building. The assessment centre is accessible by bus and there is private car parking onsite – please see the car parking section for further details. The main entrance will be clearly signposted with an Assessment Centre sign.
Travelling by bus or coach
The nearest bus stop is Kings Hill Avenue, approximately 0.3 miles from the centre.
This stop is served by bus numbers 72, 88, 123, 147, 149, and 151.
To get to the centre, enter the business park on your next left at Searchflow, and cut through their car park heading southwest. You will see the Regus building on your left-hand side.

Travelling by train
West Malling station is approximately 3.9 miles from the centre.
To connect from the station, take the 72 or 123 bus from the station forecourt. The nearest bus stop is Kings Hill Avenue, approximately 0.3 miles from the centre. To get to the centre, enter the business park on your next left at Searchflow, and cut through their car park heading southwest. You will see the Regus building on your left-hand side.

Travelling by car
We are located within Kings Hill Business Park.
From the M20: Exit the motorway at junction 4 and join Ashton Way/A228. Continue past West Malling train station on your right. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Tower View. Keep right on the dual carriageway and take the third exit at the next roundabout onto Kings Hill Avenue. Take the second road on the left (you will see the Regus sign).

Car parking
We have a free private car park, directly outside the centre. Accessible parking is available in the bays nearest the main entrance. There is a drop-off point in front of the main entrance.
When you arrive
Remember to bring your identification and appointment letter with you.
As the centre is within a shared building, we are unable to accommodate children and a maximum of two companions can accompany you.
On arrival, please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your assessment. Please note, if your appointment is at 8.00am there will be no receptionist on duty so a Health Professional will meet you in reception.
